Carefully selected, high-grade pork is grounded coarsely and seasoned. With specially blended spices it is then stuffed into natural sheep intestines. A Hot Spot for Japanese Cuisine

This is a hot spot in town for gastronomers who favor Japanese cuisine. Restaurant I-Naba was recently listed in a local Japanese magazine Voga (as shown below) where our concept is well marked, i.e. the best-tasting food is organically grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound and proving healthy, safe and fresh. We do serve "Petaluma chicken", our special product, with other meats such as beef and pork grown in a natural environment. Fresh fish, shrimp, clam etc. are cooked by our professional Sushi chef. Our kitchen prepares traditional Japanese cooked entrees such as Tempura, Teriyaki and Soba Noodle dishes and of course Sushi.
