An Italian cuisine specializing in "Natural & Organic" food with genuine ingredients harvested naturally or organically grown uses our Rosie-the-Organic-Chicken for its regular menu from April 2001. This Italian restaurant named "Pasta Frolla" managed by Inter Food Technologies from Aoyama, Tokyo, has a total of five shops today with its three shops in Tokyo area. Where is Rosie served? They are in Myouten,Tachikawa and Machida.

Although its web site is now available in Japanese language only, but please try to visit at http://www.if-tec.com where you may find more valuable information. Please also take a look at its online shopping list where you will also find a variety of organic and natural products by IFT which Pasta Frolla avails to customers in Japan.

A Hot Spot for Japanese Cuisine

This is a hot spot in town for gastronomers who favor Japanese cuisine. Restaurant I-Naba was recently listed in a local Japanese magazine Voga (as shown below) where our concept is well marked, i.e. the best-tasting food is organically grown and harvested in ways that are ecologically sound and proving healthy, safe and fresh. We do serve "Petaluma chicken", our special product, with other meats such as beef and pork grown in a natural environment. Fresh fish, shrimp, clam etc. are cooked by our professional Sushi chef. Our kitchen prepares traditional Japanese cooked entrees such as Tempura, Teriyaki and Soba Noodle dishes and of course Sushi.

(From the Editor: May 2001)

The new restaurant I-Naba located just a few minutes drive from our office on Hawthorne Blvd is now a hot spot in town for many gastronomers with its superb Japanese foods. We are happy to see such a booming success. A magazine called Voga has recently listed this restaurant featuring "Organic and Natural" of its high quality foods. It is worth noting that the chicken served here is organic, from Petaluma Poultry, the same chickens sold at Whole Foods and Wild Oats that was introduced in our newsletter last January.

Across the Pacific ocean, Kakiuchi, our partner in Tokyo, has succeeded in having a new business client, Inter Food Technologies, Ltd. from Ayoyama, Tokyo who runs an Italian restaurant chain (available 5 shops already after just launching the business a half-year ago)  mainly in the metropolitan Tokyo. The web site is available in Japanese language only, but if you take a look several pages there, you might find IFT's business concept is very simple and clear, i.e. healthy and safe foods from the natural and organic platform. MLT has a lot in common with this business philosophy.

MLT continues its efforts to keep updates on relative business information about the industry and hopes to bring readers with more valuable and interesting information. We target all our time and effort to "organic" foods so as to keep our eyes on "healthiness, freshness, cleanness" of our quality life today. And we always appreciate your support and welcome your comments and suggestions, thank you.
